Nothing herein shall be construed as a means or method to prevent any party from seeking injunctive relief to protect its rights before the arbitration award is rendered. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that you will not file, join, or participate in any class action with respect to any claim, dispute, or controversy you may have against The Software and each of their legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, agencies, and their respective members, officers, directors, employees, and agents. You consent to injunctive relief to stop such action or to exclude you as a party to the action.
